I broke my hand just below my pinky knuckle. It was a bad break where the bone nearly pierced the skin. It was extremely painful. Dr. Kamal Dagly quickly reviewed my x-rays and explained my options. I decided to have Dr Dagly manually reset the broken bone in my hand. He did a great job. It saved me from loosing weeks of time from work. It took a while to heal and for the swelling to go down but everything turned out fine. Dr Dagly did a fantastic job explaining the procedure, options, recovery and expected out come. I would recommend anyone who has a bad brake to their hand to see Dr Dagly. His staff was professional and helpful and the care I received was topnotch.

My husband and I had pain, mobility and discomfort issues for years. He had pain and very limited mobility with both shoulders. At one point is was difficult and painful to lift both arms above his shoulders under their own weight. I had a cyst on the palm of my hand which made grasping items painful if not impossible some days. Most recently I suffered a dog bite with approximately 6 punctures. My husband was diagnosed, by Dr. Kamal Dagly, having degenerative tearing of the bicep tendon and large bone spurs throughout both shoulders. Dr. Dagly performed 2 – 3 hour surgery’s which consisted of arthroscopic decompression, extensive debridement and shaved large bone spurs. Today he has full mobility of both arms. Dr. Dagly treated me for a retinacular cyst through injections. My dog bite was treated with suturing and close monitoring for infection. Being a female I was very concerned about any scaring but Dr. Dagly’s procedures left very little scaring. We are tremendously happy with Dr. Dagly’s treatment, also, for his kind and considerate attitude towards us. Not to forget, his entire staff was also very kind and professional. Whatever questions we had they answered them in terms we understood. We highly recommend everyone who has injuries to the shoulder, arm or hand to visit Dr. Dagly and experience the wonderful, caring and professional atmosphere and results.

I just wanted to update you on how my wrist is doing since I saw you last February. I stared my season off slowly but then did really well at states in March, qualifying for Regionals in Springfield, MA. I won regionals All-around and qualified for Level 9 Nationals In Battle Creek, Michigan In May. At nationals, I placed first on floor and became the Level 9 National Floor Champion. I also came in 4th All-around and 4th on beam. I am pursuing competing in gymnastics in college. Thank you for listening to me and understanding when I told you that I wanted to be strong enough to compete at states In March. After a tough start, it ended up being my best season. Thank you for all you did to make it happen.

    Sincerely,

I was treated at the LIHC on several occassions due a common condition known as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. My attending physician was Dr. Neal Hochwald and I found him to be quite knowledgeable regarding my ailment. I have suffered with pain and numbness for years in both hands and was afraid surgery would be my only option. After my consultation and examination, I was offered several different avenues to treat this condition without undergoing an operation. The use of steroid Injections were administered and I felt relief immediately. Not only was I impressed with the physician, but I felt the entire staff and office setting to be very professional.

On February 5, 2011, I sustained a serious shoulder injury while horseback riding which happens to be my passion in life, Dr, Dagly was called in to perform the shoulder surgery and presented me with all the facts including there was a possibility I would be paralyzed from the shoulder to my fingertips. I remained positive that I would heal and be back in the saddle someday. I was also out of work as a fifth grade classroom teacher and adjunct professor for some time. It was a very long recovery process and I have some limitations but considering the severity of my injury I am doing well.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Dagly for his expertise and guidance during a difficult time in my life. I have since returned to the classroom and rescued a Belgian Draft Mare that is the love of my life.
